dependants) were earlier granted entry approvals and meet these conditions
according to our records:
·

Finland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and
Sweden, and has not been to any other country in Categories III and IV, in

As announced by the Government, if
your pass holders meet both conditions, they will serve a 7-day
Stay-Home Notice (SHN) at a suitable place of residence:
Requirements pass holders must comply with on arrival
|
What your company must do |
1.
Take
a COVID-19 polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test1 within 48
hours before departure.
|
Ensure
that pass holders present a valid negative test result, in English and from accredited
and recognised laboratories to
enter Singapore. The test memo must also state these details: ·
Test
result ·
Date

nationality and passport number) Obtain a copy of the test result and produce
it when requested by the authorities. |
2.
Take an on-arrival COVID-19 test* in Singapore.
|
Use Changi Airport eService to register and pay for the test ($160 including GST) before the pass holders arrive in
Singapore. Otherwise, they may be denied entry. Your
subsequent entry applications may also be rejected.
|
3.
[NEW] Serve a 7-day SHN in one
of the following: ·
Place
of residence (only occupied by pass holders or their household members,
including any Migrant Domestic Workers). If the household members did not
travel with the pass holder, the pass holder must remain isolated in his/her
room with an attached toilet for the entire 7-day SHN.
·
Hotel
(please check and ensure the hotel can
accommodate guests on SHN)
|
·
Arrange
for pass holders to travel from the airport to their SHN accommodation using
their own vehicles or book a taxi with the providers (listed below). All
other forms of transport are not allowed.
Pass holders must inform
the taxi drivers that they are serving SHN when getting into the vehicle.
They must sit in the rear passenger seat, with windows down and
air-conditioning turned off.
·
Provide
pass holders with food and other daily essentials throughout their SHN as
they are not allowed to leave the accommodation.
·
Ensure
pass holders install the mobile application and register the electronic
monitoring devices issued by the checkpoint within 1 hour of arriving at
their SHN accommodation. They must not remove or tamper with the devices.
·
If
you have paid for the SHN at a SHN dedicated facility (SDF), MOM will refund
the fees paid within 2 months of their arrival.
|
4. [NEW] Take a COVID-19 swab
test* before 7-day SHN is over.
|
·
By
Day 5 of the SHN,
check whether the pass holders have received an SMS or call on their COVID-19
test appointment details. If not, please inform
MOM.
Failure to take the tests as scheduled may lead to an
extension of SHN period and revocation of passes.
·
Arrange
for pass holders to travel using their own vehicles or book a 2-way taxi
with the providers (listed below) between the SHN accommodation and designated
COVID-19 testing facility. All other forms of transport are not allowed.
Pass holders must inform taxi drivers that they are on
SHN when getting into the vehicle and return to their SHN accommodation immediately
after the test. They must sit in the rear passenger seat, with windows down
and air-conditioning turned off.
|
*Children aged 3 years old and above
in the current calendar year (ie. born in 2018 or before) are required to take
the COVID-19 tests.
Please
make sure that your pass holders adhere to these requirements. They can still
use their existing entry approval letters to enter Singapore.
If
they are no longer able to enter or unable to fulfil the revised requirements,
please cancel their entry approvals.
MOM will
not hesitate to take enforcement measures against any parties who do not comply
with the requirements or make false declarations. Measures include criminal
proceedings, work pass revocations and withdrawal of work pass privileges.
